The graphite alkene membrane has nanometer level substrate by sputtering method and plating layer generation circuit (202). USE - Graphene cloth for detecting and controlling human body temperature. ADVANTAGE - The graphene cloth emits far infrared radiation without harm to human body, improves body microcirculation system and promotes metabolism and has good health effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene cloth comprises temperature monitoring part, and polyester, polypropylene or polyamide polymer fiber cloth as substrate in graphite alkene heat sending chip and data collecting process part. The graphite alkene heat chip includes a flexible substrate that is set with upper on small piece of graphene thin film and peeling off machine on base by solid carbon source subjected to sputtering method for generating graphite alkene membrane. The graphite alkene membrane has nanometer level substrate by sputtering method and plating layer generation circuit. The data collecting processing part is based on substrate of fixing structure in temperature monitoring part for controlling graphite alkene heat chip for locating temperature monitoring part. The temperature monitoring part, fixing structure and substrate improves micro-structure, electric conduction and adhesion formed in cloth. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene cloth, which involves: (A) using machine for peeling off and generating small piece graphite film at high temperature in in-situ, where processing is carried out at low temperature of 200-1200 degrees C and adding nitrogen or inert gas to graphite raw material and carrying out high temperature treatment, where in situ reduction part, first feedstock pipe and machine peeling off part are connected; (B) carrying out high temperature processing of graphite raw material at 200-1200 degrees C and adding nitrogen or hydrogen and reduction medium for graphene material and carrying out reduction treatment, and then processing raw material into peeling off machine, and adding medicine by second feedstock pipe, where medicine part is added for storing additive, and carrying out peeling off process, where machine has a cylindrical chamber and medicine is added by first feedstock passage, which is connected to in-situ reduction part, and medicine part is added by second feedstock passage that is connected to rotating shaft, and cylindrical inner chamber and rotating rod are connected with vertical ball, where ball has diameter of 50-100 mu m and hardness is greater than graphite and bead, and cylindrical chamber is connected to centrifugal separation part by material arranging channel, where graphite raw material and medicine part are added in cylindrical chamber, and them adding additive, where rotating shaft and driving shaft are connected vertically to rotating connection rod fixed in cylindrical chamber, and stirring graphite material by rotating rod and generating grinding force and graphite layer breaks down by Van der Waals force to obtain graphene suspension; and (C) placing obtained suspension in centrifugal part of machine for centrifugal processing to obtain graphene suspension, and carrying out drying processing of suspension to obtain final material.
