NOVELTY - Flame-retardant and wave-absorbing polycarbonate/acrylic-styrene-acrylate (PC/ASA) composite material, prepared by injection molding the raw materials comprising 100 pts. wt. PC/ASA composition, and 1-8 pts. wt. foaming agent. The PC/ASA composition is prepared by the raw materials comprising 20-40 pts. wt. PC resin, 40-65 pts. wt. ASA resin, 0.5-4 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-8 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.4-2 pts. wt. lubricant. The flame retardant is composed of tris(tribromophenoxy) triazine and antimony oxide with a mass ratio of 3-7:1; process parameters of the injection molding include: the temperature of the rear section is 140-240°C, the temperature of the middle section is 190-250°C, the temperature of the front section is 190-250°C, and the temperature of the nozzle is 190-260 °C. USE - The flame-retardant and wave-absorbing PC/ASA composite material is useful for communication and automobile millimeter radar wave component. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant and wave-absorbing PC/ASA composite material has good notch impact strength, flame retardant performance and wave absorbing performance, good comprehensive performance, and strong electromagnetic shielding ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an preparation method of flame-retardant and wave-absorbing polycarbonate/acrylic-styrene-acrylate (PC/ASA) composite material comprising (1) adding the PC resin, ASA resin, graphene, flame retardant anhydride grafted polyethylene, antioxidant and lubricant into the stirrer, mixing and stirring to obtain the mixture; (2) adding the mixture obtained in the step (1) into a parallel doublescrew extruder by a feeder to melt and extrude, granulating to obtain PC/ASA composition; process parameters include: the first area temperature is 30-60℃, the second area temperature is 230 -270℃, the third area temperature is 230-270℃, the fourth area temperature is 230-270℃, the fifth area temperature is 230-270℃, the sixth area temperature is 230-270℃, the seventh area temperature is 220-260℃, the eighth area temperature is 220-260℃, the temperature of the mold head is 210-250℃, the rotating speed of the screw is 200-500 rpm; (3) adding the prepared PC/ASA composition and the foaming agent into the stirrer, mixing and stirring to obtain the mixture; (4) the mixture obtained in the step (3) through injection molding machine injection molding to obtain the flame-retardant and wave-absorbing PC/ASA composite material, process parameter comprises: the back section temperature is 140-240℃, the middle temperature is 190-250℃, the front section temperature is 190-250℃, the nozzle temperature is 190-260℃.
