NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity graphite thick film, comprises (1) stirring three kinds of graphene oxide slurries of different particle size ranges to mix according to graphene oxide dry weight to obtain multi-scale graphene oxide solution, adding B4C and silica powder into the multi-scale graphene oxide solution, (2) spraying the mixed adhesive on the high thermal conductivity artificial graphite film, (3) performing gradient welding on the bulk material, and the applied gradient powers are: welding for 10 minutes under the condition of 60W output power, welding for 60 minutes under the condition of 150W output power, and finally obtaining a high thermal conductivity material with high thermal conductivity and high densification graphene composite interface through reduction. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conductivity graphite thick film. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains high heat conductivity, high wetting property, high densification and high vertical heat conduction. The high-densification graphite alkenyl composite material interface reduces the graphite resistance between the layers, increases the heat graphite of the thickness direction, reduces the vertical heat-conducting attenuation graphite, and improves the heat conducting performance of the thick film graphite.
