NOVELTY - The method involves adding a graphite oxide dispersant in ultrasonically dispersing to form a uniform graphene oxide dispersion liquid. An aniline monomer is provided into a dispersion liquid. The dispersion liquid is uniformly mixed to form a coating liquid. The coating liquid is coated on an electrode and the electrode is naturally dried, where the electrode comprises an interlayer dielectric. A cyclic scanning voltage is applied on the electrode. A graphene/polyaniline conductive composite film is obtained. USE - Electrochemical method for preparing graphene/polyaniline conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing good electrical conductivity and high flexibility for the composite film. The method enables providing better cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The electrode is made of indium oxide, stainless steel or platinum. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic illustration of an electrochemical method for preparing graphene/polyaniline conductive composite material.
