▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The concrete comprises 200-300 pts. wt. of cement, 60-100 pts. wt. of mineral powder, 30-50 pts. wt. of fly ash, 150-170 pts. wt. of water, 880-960 pts. wt. of sand, 900-980 pts. wt. of stone, 7-12 pts. wt. of water reducing agent and 0.9-1.5 pts. wt. of anti-cracking and anti-seepage reinforcing agent. The reinforcing agent is prepared by ultrasonically treating plasma gas treated dopamine-treated polypropylene fibers, aqueous solution of graphene oxide and a reducing agent in a mass ratio of 1:100:1-2 for 20 minutes, reacting at 75-85 ℃ for 45 minutes to obtain a first treatment substance, repeatedly washing with deionized water for 5-10 times, and freeze drying at -85 ℃ to obtain a second treatment substance; and stirring a chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and the second treatment substance for 3 hours in deionized water at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution, filtering, taking filter residues, and freeze-drying. USE - Anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete is used for underground engineering applications. ADVANTAGE - In the anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete, graphene is used for modifying polypropylene fibers, so that the graphene is attached to the polypropylene fibers. The interface acting force of the graphene in the concrete is improved. The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is used for treating the polypropylene fibers after the graphene is modified, the water solubility and the dispersibility of the polypropylene fibers are improved. The anti-cracking and anti-seepage performance of the concrete mixed with the polypropylene fibers is finally improved.
