NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves adding graphite powder into reaction kettle with 10-20 vol.% ion liquid, 5-20 vol.% surfactant and 65-80 vol.% co-solvent to form 10-20 vol.% mixture, where concentration of graphite powder is 5-25 mg/ml. The reaction kettle is sealed, and carbon dioxide is introduced with 100-300 atmospheric pressure. The mixture is stirred and heated at 40-80 degrees C to form ionic liquid type microemulsion. The ionic liquid type microemulsion is reacted for 6-24 hours at same pressure in reaction kettle, and carbon dioxide is introduced. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene that is cheap and safe, and has good dispersant and sufficient kinetic energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene involves adding graphite powder into reaction kettle with 10-20 vol.% ion liquid, 5-20 vol.% surfactant and 65-80 vol.% co-solvent to form 10-20 vol.% mixture, where concentration of graphite powder is 5-25 mg/ml. The nozzle system of discharging pipe is opened. The reacted mixed liquid is sprayed to upper nozzle end 5-20 mm with high energy impact. The mixed liquid is collected in the collector, and process is controlled at 15-30 minutes. The mixed solutions are sprayed to obtain secondary stripping solution of graphene. The stripping solution of graphene is subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes with 4000-15000 revolution per minute speed, and centrifuged. The mixture is filtered by vacuum, solvent is separated, and graphene product is dried in oven to obtain graphene powder.
