NOVELTY - Preparing allylsulfonate-grafted CS-GO composite material involves dispersing allyl sulfonate grafted CS in an acetic acid aqueous solution. The sodium chloride and sodium persulfate is added, reacted at a certain temperature for 20 minutes, the pH is adjusted to a weak alkaline pH, ultrasonically disperse the chitosan in the anhydrous solution of the acic acid water solution for 0.5-1 hour, filtered, nitrogen is injected into the filter liquid. The hydrazine solution is added slowly, raising the temperature to 50-55?? C, and stirred for 6-8 hours to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing of allylsulfonate grafted CS-GO composite material used in corrosion inhibitor of pipeline steel substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare allyl sulfonate grafted CS-GO composite material that has excellent corrosion inhibiting effect to the steel material. The large amount of oxygen-containing functional groups in the chitosan and the oxidation graphene structure provide rich active sites for modification, at the same time, provides good adsorption affinity for the steel surface blocking the transfer of the charge; effectively obstructs the diffusion path of the corrosive substance, and the charge transfer between the local anode and the cathode, so as to improve the corrosion efficiency of the composite material; and is simple, easy to operate, as steel corrosion inhibitor meets the environment requirement. The oxidation is graphene cost, wide source, environment-friendly, and no pollution.
