▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrode comprises an activated carbon, and 3-7 wt.% reduced graphene oxide as a binder, and has a mass load of 4-12 mg/cm2, and a specific capacitance of 200-400 Fg-1. USE - Electrode is used for supercapacitor (claimed) e.g. electrochemical capacitor or electrochemical supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance electrode can be prepared using economical renewable raw material, and provides supercapacitor having excellent charging capacity, power density, cycle life, and cycle characteristics even at a high mass load at a commercial level. Since graphene oxide on the surface of the activated carbon provides oxygen functional group and textured form, it is possible to improve wettability of the electrode, thereby improving electrolyte access even at high current density. The activated carbon has high specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the electrode, which involves preparing activated carbon, preparing graphene oxide by exfoliating graphite to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion, preparing a mixed solution by adding the activated carbon to the graphene oxide dispersion, coating the mixed solution on one side of a current collector and forming a coating layer using a vacuum filtration system, and heat-treating the coating layer.
