▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of high-porosity mesoporous nano-graphene fiber, involves (i) using low-molecular weight thermosetting resin as carbon precursor, preparing ethanol solution, adding metal salt/organic salt and adding alcohol-soluble polymer, stirring until completely dissolved, (ii) using metal salt/resin/polymer solution of ethanol as precursor spinning solution, carrying out electrospinning to obtain a nanofiber film, (iii) curing at a low temperature, and then carrying out heat treatment in an inert atmosphere at a high, and pickling. USE - Preparation of high-porosity mesoporous nano-graphene fiber used for super capacitors, lithium-ion batteries and catalyst carrier materials. ADVANTAGE - The high-porosity mesoporous nano-graphene fiber is prepared at low cost by a simple method. The nano-carbon fiber has high porosity and specific surface area, and a framework of graphene structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high-porosity mesoporous nano-graphene fiber, involves (i) using low-molecular weight thermosetting resin as carbon precursor, preparing ethanol solution having certain concentration, adding metal salt/organic salt and then adding alcohol-soluble polymer, stirring until completely dissolved, (ii) using metal salt/resin/polymer solution of ethanol as precursor spinning solution, carrying out electrospinning to obtain a nanofiber film, (iii) curing the obtained nanofiber film at a low temperature for a certain time, and then carrying out heat treatment in an inert atmosphere at a high temperature for a period of time, and pickling to obtain three-dimensional graphene framework of mesoporous carbon nano-fiber.
