▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene material comprises three-dimensional foam-like bulk structure and porosity of 90% and pore size of 2 mu m-200 mu m. The graphene material comprises 40-80 wt.% carbon, 15-45 wt.% oxygen, 0.2-3 wt.% hydrogen, 0-5 wt.% nitrogen, 0.05-1 wt.% sulfur, 0-1.5 wt.% phosphorus and remaining iron, nickel, silicon, manganese, chlorine and other unavoidable impurities. The graphene material utilizes a radiation with wavelength of 400-1000 nm to obtain driving force, so as to change the position of material. USE - Graphene material for use as light-driven material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene material obtains the driving force using light radiation so as to achieve optical drive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene material, which involves (1) uniformly dispersing the graphene material in oxidizing fluid medium and performing an oxidation treatment, (2) separating the oxidized graphene material, washing, and dispersing in nonaqueous solvent, forming uniformly dispersed suspension, (3) heating the suspension of graphene in non-aqueous solvent for 10 hours, cooling to room temperature, (4) replacing the suspension with water twice or more, removing the non-aqueous solvent, obtaining dispersion system in which the graphene is dispersed in water, (5) freeze-drying in dispersion system to obtain dry graphene material, (6) heating the graphene material and (7) obtaining the final product of graphene material.
