NOVELTY - A graphene-nickel composite layer comprises nickel layer containing extending structure coated on the fold of pure graphene layer. USE - Graphene-nickel composite layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene and nickel in the composite layer are tightly combined, no hole defects are observed, and electrical properties are improved. The fiber structure is stable, and has same conductivity after bending 100 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-nickel composite fiber, which involves graphene oxide with the diameter of 1-50 microns, nickel rod, nickel sulfate, concentrated sulfuric acid, and sodium chloride in the process.
