▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The in situ preparation method involves: (1) performing ultrasonic dispersion of graphene oxide suspension in ethanol, adding graphene surface modifiers, distilled water, deionized water and acetic acid to reaction mixture under ultrasonic treatment, transferring reaction system to constant temperature bath, condensing under reflux, filtering under vacuum, sufficiently drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, and reducing obtained modified graphene oxide to obtain surface-modified reactive graphene. USE - The in situ method is useful for preparing highly dispersible graphene-modified petroleum resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The in situ method effectively prepares highly dispersible graphene-modified petroleum resin with excellent stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The in situ preparation method involves: (1) performing ultrasonic dispersion of graphene oxide suspension in ethanol, adding graphene surface modifiers, distilled water, deionized water and acetic acid to reaction mixture under ultrasonic treatment, transferring reaction system containing reaction mixture to constant temperature bath at 50-80 degrees C, condensing under reflux for 4-10 hours, filtering under vacuum, sufficiently drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, and reducing obtained modified graphene oxide to obtain surface-modified reactive graphene; (2) subjecting graphene to polymerization reaction with organic solvent and performing ultrasonic dispersion to give mixture of graphene and solvent; and (3) adding initiator to mixture of graphene and solvent, introducing reaction mixture into reactor, closing reactor, replacing with 3-4 times inert gas, stirring reaction mixture at 50-280 degrees C for 60-300 minutes, after completion of reaction, adding 10% aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to mixture to terminate the reaction, and removing catalyst and solvent to give black or gray graphene-modified petroleum resin.
