NOVELTY - Preparing graphene antibacterial composite fabric comprises (1) soaking the yarn of the fabric in a tank containing the pre-treatment agent solution to carry out padding retention treatment to remove impurities in the fabric yarn, then washing and drying, (2) introducing the yarn of the pretreated fabric into a solution containing quaternary ammonium salt cations for ion grafting treatment, and after drying, introducing into an antibacterial finishing agent solution for padding treatment, and (3) carrying out pre-drying to the fabric of natural fiber after ion grafting-antibacterial finishing, and obtaining the graphene antibacterial composite fabric after shaping. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene antibacterial composite fabric, which is used in textile surface modification technology field and medical device. ADVANTAGE - The method has the effect of resisting the high antibacterial fastness after washing with multiple times of water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene antibacterial composite fabric comprises (1) soaking the yarn of the fabric in a tank containing the pre-treatment agent solution to carry out padding retention treatment to remove impurities in the fabric yarn, then washing and drying, (2) introducing the yarn of the pretreated fabric into a solution containing quaternary ammonium salt cations for ion grafting treatment, and after drying, introducing into an antibacterial finishing agent solution for padding treatment, the antibacterial finishing agent solution includes 3-10 wt.% graphene, 1-15 wt.% zinc-copper particles, 5-40 wt.% crosslinking agent, 1-5 wt.% hyperdispersant, 0.5-3 wt.% surfactant and water (balance amount), and (3) carrying out pre-drying to the fabric of natural fiber after ion grafting-antibacterial finishing, then carrying out wet short steam process promptly to obtain graphene antibacterial composite fabric, after the synthetic fiber fabric undergoes the ion grafting-antibacterial finishing, first subjecting to four-stage baking treatment, then introducing into the softener solution for padding, and obtaining the graphene antibacterial composite fabric after shaping.
