▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A fluoropolymer composition comprises a liquid continuous phase, and composite particles dispersed in the liquid continuous phase. The composite particles comprise fluorosilane-treated graphene-comprising particles and fluoropolymer particles. USE - Fluoropolymer composition is used for forming composite layer for articles e.g. xerographic component chosen from fuser component, pressure roller and release agent donor component (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fluoropolymer composition has excellent chemical resistance and contamination resistance, anti-sticking and self-cleaning properties. The articles coated using the composition have high thermal and electrical conductivity and high mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method of making fluorosilane-treated graphene/fluorocarbon polymer composite, which involves mixing graphene-comprising particles, fluorosilane compound and liquid continuous phase (a) and forming a fluorosilane-treated graphene-comprising particles dispersion (A) and mixing the fluorosilane-treated graphene-comprising particles with fluorocarbon polymer dispersion (A) and forming a dispersion of composite particles comprising fluorosilane-treated graphene-comprising particles adhered to fluorocarbon polymer particles in a liquid continuous phase (b); and (2) article (2), which comprises a substrate (4), and a composite layer (6) formed on the substrate.
