NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite conductive paste comprises e.g. (i) adding deionized water into container, adding graphene in batches and stirring, adding surface wetting agent and graphene, adding cationic surfactant into above dispersion and mechanically stirring for 2-5 hours, (ii) adding pyrrole monomer into above graphene primary dispersion, adding ferric chloride dropwise, reacting, (iii) adding deionized water into the container, adding conductive carbon material and stirring, while adding surface wetting agent, adding conductive carbon material, adding anionic surfactant into above dispersion, (iv) adding pyrrole monomer into the primary dispersion of conductive carbon material, then adding ferric chloride, rinsing with deionized water and centrifuging to remove impurities to obtain functionalized conductive carbon material dispersion, and (v) mixing functionalized graphene dispersion and functionalized conductive carbon material dispersion to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite conductive paste. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite conductive paste: utilizes functionalized graphene and functionalized conductive carbon material makes its surface contain polypyrrole and is negatively charged at the same time; and has improved electrical conductivity. The slurry is uniformly dispersed and stable in storage, low cost, and simple preparation method; and is environmentally friendly, and suitable for industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene composite conductive paste comprises (i) adding deionized water into the container, adding graphene in batches and stirring, adding surface wetting agent and graphene, ultrasonically treating for 30-60 minutes, then adding cationic surfactant into the above dispersion and mechanically stirring for 2-5 hours to obtain graphene primary dispersion, (ii) adding pyrrole monomer into the above graphene primary dispersion, stirring mechanically for 30-60 minutes, then adding ferric chloride dropwise, reacting for 12-24 hours, rinsing with deionized water and centrifuging to remove impurities to obtain functionalized graphene dispersion, (iii) adding deionized water into the container, adding conductive carbon material in batches and stirring, while adding surface wetting agent, adding conductive carbon material, ultrasonically treating it for 30-60 minutes, adding anionic surfactant into above dispersion and performing mechanical stirring for 2-5 hours to obtain primary dispersion of conductive carbon material, (iv) adding pyrrole monomer into the primary dispersion of conductive carbon material, mechanically stirring for 30-60 minutes, then adding ferric chloride dropwise, reacting for 12-24 hours, rinsing with deionized water and centrifuging to remove impurities to obtain functionalized conductive carbon material dispersion, and (v) mixing functionalized graphene dispersion and functionalized conductive carbon material dispersion to obtain final product. The composite conductive paste is composed of functionalized graphene dispersion, a functionalized conductive carbon material dispersion and deionized water.
