NOVELTY - A modified electrode comprises substrate electrode, in which the surface is attached with gold nanoparticles and tryptophan-functionalized graphene. USE - Modified electrode is used for quantitative analysis of dopamine in solution containing ascorbic acid, uric acid and dopamine. ADVANTAGE - The modified electrode has excellent electrochemical response, and dopamine detection limit of 0.056 mu M.
