NOVELTY - Polymer cement water-proof coating comprises 25-40 pts. wt. sericite powder, 25-40 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 15-20 pts. wt. white cement, 3-10 pts. wt. diatomite, 1-5 pts. wt. kaolin, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.05-0.3 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. filming aid, 0.02-0.1 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide and balance water. The solid content of acrylate emulsion is 50-60%. The dispersant is polyepoxysuccinic acid. The defoamer is organic silicone defoamer. The leveling agent is acrylate leveling agent with solid content of 80%. The wetting agent is organic silicone wetting agent. The silane coupling agent is KH-550 (RTM: 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane). The filming aid is dodecyl alcohol ester. The sericite powder is sheet rock silk mica ore. The graphene oxide solution has concentration of 5 mg/L. USE - Polymer cement water-proof coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good water and weather resistance. The intercalation of graphene oxide and sheet structure of sericite powder is used to improve the coating performance, improve brushability and prevent sagging. The modified sericite powder can also replace portion of cement which saves costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polymer cement water-proof coating comprises 25-40 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 15-20 pts. wt. white cement, 25-40 pts. wt. sericite powder, 3-10 pts. wt. diatomite, 1-5 pts. wt. kaolin, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.05-0.3 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. filming aid, 0.02-0.1 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide and balance water. The solid content of acrylate emulsion is 50-60%. The dispersant is polyepoxysuccinic acid with solid content of 50%. The defoamer is organic silicone defoamer with solid content of more than 99.9%. The leveling agent is acrylate leveling agent with solid content of 80%. The wetting agent is organic silicone wetting agent with solid content of more than 99.9%. The silane coupling agent is KH-550 (RTM: 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane) with solid content of more than 99.0%. The filming aid is dodecyl alcohol ester with solid content of more than 99.0%. The sericite powder is sheet rock silk mica ore. The graphene oxide solution has concentration of 5 mg/L. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating comprising adding sericite powder, dispersant and silane coupling agent sequentially to mixer, stirring thoroughly, adding graphene oxide solution dropwise at 0.5 mu L/minutes while stirring for 30-60 minutes, adding treated sericite, placing in autoclave, autoclaving at 120-180 degrees C and 0.5-0.8 MPa for 24 hours, taking out, and cooling to obtain modified sericite powder; weighing white cement and modified sericite powder, dryly mixing in mixing machine, and mixing to obtain mixed powder; stirring acrylate emulsion and defoamer at 30 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, adding water and stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixed liquid material; and adding mixed powder and wetting agent to mixed liquid, stirring at 200 revolutions/minute for 3-5 minutes, adding diatomaceous earth and kaolin, stirring for 2-8 minutes, adding leveling agent and film forming aid, and stirring at 200 revolutions/minute for 2-8 minutes.
