▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating composition comprises a lubricant additive and a solvent, where the lubricant additive is functionalized graphene capable of self-adhesion to a wiper blade rubber base. USE - The coating composition is useful for forming a coating layer for lowering the coefficient of friction of a wiper blade rubber-based glass with respect to the glass. ADVANTAGE - The composition minimizes or completely eliminates, and has high wiping performance and high durable wiping performance of the wiper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a wiper comprising a rubber base and a coating layer formed on its surface, where the coating layer is formed by the coating composition; and a method of manufacturing the coating composition, involving (a) preparing an aqueous solution of graphene oxide, (b) preparing a first solution in which a first additive for forming a functional group (A) is dissolved in a first solvent, (c) preparing functionalized graphene having a functional group (A) by mixing the graphene oxide aqueous solution with the first solution, and stirring to react, (d) separating the functionalized graphene on which the functional group (A) is formed through centrifugation, washing, and drying, and (e) preparing a functionalized graphene colloid by placing the dried functionalized graphene formed with the functional group (A) into a main solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing.
