NOVELTY - Preparing environmentally friendly low-smoke, halogen-free and highly flame-retardant butyl rubber damping sheet comprises (1) kneading the loaded graphene and the polymer substrate at kneading temperature is 60-80°C, and the kneading speed is 50-150 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain a premix, where the polymer substrate includes butyl rubber and nitrile rubber in the mass ratio of 10:1-5, (2) mixing the premix, flame retardant filler, liquid polybutadiene, maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), antioxidant, accelerator, and carbon black for 5-10 minutes at a mixing temperature of 100-120°C to obtain a masterbatch, and (3) adding epoxy resin, active agent and lubricant to the masterbatch, continuously mixing for 1-5 minutes, extruding and forming to obtain environmentally friendly low-smoke, halogen-free and highly flame-retardant butyl rubber damping sheets. USE - The method is useful for preparing environmentally friendly low-smoke, halogen-free and highly flame-retardant butyl rubber damping sheet, which is used for damping, noise reduction and sound insulation. ADVANTAGE - The method provides environmentally friendly low-smoke, halogen-free and highly flame-retardant butyl rubber damping sheet with excellent flame retardance and anti-aging property.
