NOVELTY - Coupled hydrogen production and heavy water system comprises an electrolytic groove connected with an external power supply. The electrolytic groove is connected with a water supply circulating system through a water sealing balance system. The electrolytic groove is connected with a hydrogen detecting and purifying collecting system, for continuously turning on the direct current electrolysis and supplying the ultra-pure water to a water circulation system to supply to the groove, and separating the gas generated by the electrolytic water from a gas-liquid separator, so as to enrich the heavy water in the electrolytic water, and recycling hydrogen from the gas-liquid separator connected with the electrolytic groove cathode side, and recycling or discharging oxygen from the gas-liquid separator connected with the electrolytic groove anode side. The electrolytic groove is connected with a heavy water detecting and collecting system. USE - Coupled hydrogen production and heavy water system. ADVANTAGE - The electrolytic system is capable of selectively electrolyzing the common water to obtain hydrogen, at the same time, concentrating heavy water, with high efficiency, low energy consumption, and through a certain physical combination, realizing large scale and high efficiency.
