NOVELTY - Producing pedestrian-vehicle passage block, comprises (a) producing high-strength artificial aggregate comprising 100 pts. wt. cement, 10-20 pts. wt. sand, 0.015-0.025 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. photocatalyst powder, 1-2 pts. wt. high performance water reducing agent, and crushing into a certain size, (b) preparing a surface layer mixture by mixing 5-20 pts. wt. high-strength artificial aggregate with 5-20 pts. wt. sand, (c) forming a surface layer portion on top of the base layer portion by injecting the surface layer mixture into the upper portion of the base layer portion by injecting a predetermined thickness on the molding frame, and (d) pressing, and curing the surface layer. The step (a) comprises crushing the artificial aggregate into 0.5-5 mm, and adding carbonic acid gas to obtain a high-strength artificial aggregate with hard and dense surface. USE - The method is useful for producing pedestrian-vehicle passage block. ADVANTAGE - The block contains high-strength artificial aggregate which can decompose and remove nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx), and odor gases, improves durability of the surface layer, and has large contact area with the atmosphere.
