NOVELTY - Graphene oxide composite heat conducting sheet comprises 100 pts. wt. base material, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide colloid, 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 2-3 pts. wt. silicone rubber curing agent. USE - Graphene oxide composite heat conducting sheet. ADVANTAGE - The sheet has excellent heat conducting property, high conductivity and low cost. It prevents thermal grease to easily penetrate that causes short circuit.
