NOVELTY - Super abrasion-resistant rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. raw rubber, 2-5 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 2-4 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-6 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 30-60 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-30 pts. wt. surface modified nano-diamond, 0.5-4 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. anti-scorching agent cyclohexylthiophthalimide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. light stabilizer, and 1-3 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as the super abrasion-resistant rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber: can meet the needs of different public products; has high vulcanization process; and uses different production methods to meet the requirements of rubber wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) manufacturing abrasion-resistant rubber comprising (a) crushing zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, stearic acid, anti-aging agent, and anti-scorching agent, drying, then sieving, and stirring uniformly to form mixture A, (b) adjusting the front and back roller speed ratio to 1:1.3, adjusting the roller pitch to 1 mm, adding raw rubber for masticating, and continuing masticating with mixture A to form mixture B, (c) adjusting the roller pitch to 0.8 mm for preliminary mixing to form mixture C, then mixing mixture C with flame retardants and light stabilizers to form mixture D, adding carbon black, graphene, and surface-modified nano diamond to the mixture D for re-mixing to form mixture E, and then adding vulcanization accelerator to the mixture E for mixing finally, and (d) packaging the powder, releasing the rubber material, and allowing to stand; track comprising super abrasion-resistant rubber; and track produced by the above method.
