NOVELTY - Preparing variable agent and graphene composite refined magnesium alloy semi-solid tissue comprises mixing graphene and magnesium powder by ultrasonic dispersion to obtain mixed solution; heating mixed liquid, constant temperature heating, magnetic stirring and vacuum drying powder after sintering to obtain magnesium graphene middle prefabricated block; taking magnesium-aluminum-manganese matrix alloy into crucible, heating crucible to 740-760 degrees C and keeping temperature for 25-30 minutes to melt matrix alloy, adding calcium carbonate into crucible in batches, keeping temperature for 20-25 minutes, heating to 780-800 degrees C, adding magnesium graphene middle prefabricated block into crucible in batches, adding prefabricated block, applying high energy ultrasonic, and quickly cooling melt temperature to 590-610 degrees C to get semi-solid slurry; and applying secondary ultrasonic to semi-solid slurry, sonicating for 60-90 seconds, and water quenching to get fine grain fine grain semi-solid tissue. USE - The method is useful for preparing modifier and graphene composite thinning magnesium alloy semi-solid tissue. ADVANTAGE - The method is stable, environment-friendly and safe. The prepared semi-solid slurry tissue is obviously thinned. The graphene and the substrate interface are combined well and the distribution of the secondary phase is also uniform.
