NOVELTY - A resin composition comprises a polyacrylate resin, 15-62 wt.% silica particles and 2-8 wt.% thermally conductive filler. The polyacrylate resin contains an acrylate monomer (A) (I). The total content of the silica particles and the thermally conductive filler is 25-58 wt.%. The resin composition has a thermal conductivity of 0.55 or more as determined by a flash method based on using a 1 mm thick sheet. USE - Resin composition used in elastomeric material (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to thermally conductive material for film, sheets, display material, coating agent and adhesive, and heat radiating material used in automobile, railway, aircraft, home appliances/office equipment, construction machinery, and civil engineering applications. ADVANTAGE - The resin composition has excellent mechanical property such as extensibility and toughness. The elastomeric material has excellent thermal conductivity. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: an elastomeric material, which comprises the resin composition; and a dispersion liquid, which comprises 75-42 wt.% acrylate monomer, 15-62 wt.% silica particles and 2-8 wt.% thermally conductive filler.
