NOVELTY - Removing surfactants in nanocatalyst involves dispersing the nanocatalyst with surface active agent adsorbed on the surface in acetone or acetone-water mixed solution, and ultrasonically dispersing uniformly. The reaction is heated for 4-10 hours under stirring conditions, then cooled down, centrifuged, and removed the supernatant. The centrifuged solid is dispersed in acetone or acetone-water mixed solution, and centrifuged to remove the supernatant, and repeated more than once (preferably 2-4 times), put the obtained solid catalyst in an oven for drying, and ground to obtain catalyst powder. USE - Method for removing surfactants in nanocatalysts. ADVANTAGE - The method uses acetone as a surfactant remover, has simple operation, mild reaction conditions, and little damage to the microstructure of the nanocatalyst. The surface of the obtained nano catalyst is clean, the residual amount of the surfactant is less than 0.5 wt.%, and the catalytic reaction activity is high.
