NOVELTY - Graphene-modified polymeric foam material (M1) comprises graphene-based cell modifier being a two-dimensional flake material with a thickness of 0.34-50 nm and a diameter of 0.1-50 mu m; and at least one polymer resin in which the graphene-based filler is intermixed. USE - Used as graphene-modified polymeric foam material. ADVANTAGE - The foam material: has improved mechanical, thermal, electrical, fire retardant, or barrier properties, tailoring properties, improved mechanical, thermal, electrical, fire-retardant, and barrier properties, achieved sound absorption coefficient, flexural strength and modulus, compression strength, and heat deflection temperature; and is stronger and lighter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-modified polyurethane foam material (M2) comprising graphene-based cell modifier being two-dimensional flake material with a thickness of 0.34-50 nm and a diameter of 0.1-50 mu m, and at least polyurethane (polyol) resin in which the graphene-based filler is intermixed.
