NOVELTY - Polyethyleneimine flame-retardant curing agent modified epoxy resin comprises epoxy resin, graphene-cyclotriphosphazene grafted polyethyleneimine, curing accelerator, defoamer and leveling agent in a mass ratio of 100:(30-60):(3-12):(1-2):(0.8-1.5). USE - As polyethyleneimine flame-retardant curing agent modified epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The modified epoxy resin has improved compatibility and excellent flame retardant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the modified epoxy resin, involving (a) adding carboxylated graphene to solvent-free ethanol solvent, adding glycerol solvent after completing ultrasonic dispersion, dripping thionyl chloride at 0-5 degrees C, placing in stirring type atmosphere water bath, heating at 45-55 degrees C for 2-5 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, removing solvent, washing and drying to obtain polyhydroxylated graphene, (b) adding polyhydroxylated graphene to tetrahydrofuran solvent, uniformly ultrasonically dispersing, adding hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene at 0-5 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere, dripping tetrahydrofuran solvent of triethylamine to acid-binding agent, heating at 55-65 degrees C, reacting for 6-12 hours, centrifugally separating, washing and drying to obtain cyclotriphosphazene grafted graphene, (c) adding cyclotriphosphazene grafted graphene to acetonitrile solvent, uniformly ultrasonically dispersing, adding polyethyleneimine, heating at 60-80 degrees C, dripping acetonitrile solvent of triethylamine to acid-binding agent, ultrasonically reacting for 5-10 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain cyclotriphosphazene-graphene modified polyethyleneimine, and (d) adding epoxy resin, defoamer and leveling agent to acetone solvent, uniformly stirring, adding graphene-cyclotriphosphazene grafted polyethyleneimine and curing accelerator, performing high-speed emulsification process, pouring the emulsion to film forming mold, and thermally curing to obtain the film to obtain modified epoxy resin.
