NOVELTY - The furnace has a furnace shell (101) provided with an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder (1011b) and a graphene heating film. The inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are located between each other. The graphene heating membrane circumferentially surrounds the outer side of the inner cylinder. An inner heating piece is arranged at a bottom portion of a furnace chamber to heat the furnace chamber. The furnace shell is provided with a closed furnace chamber and a furnace opening that is connected with the furnace cavity. A furnace cover (102) covers the furnace opening. An outer cylinder and a graphene heating film located between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. The graphene heating film circumferentially surrounds the outer side of the inner cylinder. USE - The multifunctional electric heating furnace e.g. barbecue or food processing furnace used for food processing. Can also be used in food industry. ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional electric heating furnace satisfies for processing the temperature needed by various food processing, realizing processing different food in a furnace, and satisfies food processing safety requirement, sanitary requirement. The energy consumption is low, saving electricity, no oil smoke, discharging can reach the double-carbon standard.
