NOVELTY - Modified polyolefin catalyst comprises a load-type main catalyst and a modifier, where the preparation of the catalyst comprises (a) suspending the supported main catalyst in an inert solvent A to obtain a suspension A, (b) introducing modified agent to the suspension A and mixing, filtering and drying to obtain the modified polyol catalyst, and (c) introducing modified agent into suspended suspension A to mix, filtering, and drying. USE - The modified polyolefin catalyst is useful for catalyzing polymerization of α-olefin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified polyolefin catalyst has high metal atom molar ratio, and provides alpha-olefin aggregate with high aggregate strength, high aggregate pressure, low aggregate temperature, high aggregation time, and high aggregate density.
