KH570 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 18-22 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. titanium nitride, 15-20 pts. wt. barite powder, 4.3-6.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 2.2-3.4 pts. wt. accelerator TMTM, 1.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator DM, 2.6-3.8 pts. wt. antioxidant D-500, 2.6-3.8 pts. wt. antioxidant BLE, 5-6 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 12-16 pts. wt. polyamide fiber, 2.5-4 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate and 3-6 pts. wt. naphthenic oil. USE - Rubber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has excellent wear resistance, damping property and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A rubber material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. polybutadiene rubber, 33-45 pts. wt. natural rubber, 42-50 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. KH570 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 18-22 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. titanium nitride, 15-20 pts. wt. barite powder, 4.3-6.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 2.2-3.4 pts. wt. accelerator TMTM, 1.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator DM, 2.6-3.8 pts. wt. antioxidant D-500, 2.6-3.8 pts. wt. antioxidant BLE, 5-6 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 12-16 pts. wt. polyamide fiber, 2.3-3.6 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2.5-4 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate and 3-6 pts. wt. naphthenic oil. The moisture content of natural rubber is 4-7%. The modified graphene is obtained by placing 94-98 wt.% sulfuric acid in reactor at 2-3 degrees C, stirring at 16-20 rpm for 18-22 minutes, adding 13-16 pts. wt. graphite powder having particle size of 20-30 mu m and 7-10 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, adding 20-26 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, stirring at 28-32 degrees C for 18-21 minutes, adding 500-520 pts. wt. deionized water, stirring at 92-96 degrees C for 15-18 minutes, adding 10-14 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide solution having concentration of 30-33 wt.% and 1 pt. wt. hydrochloric acid having concentration of 36-40 wt.%, adjusting pH of resultant solution to 6.9-7, drying, obtaining graphite oxide, adding 4-7 pts. wt. resultant graphite oxide to 850-900 pts. wt. deionized water, stirring for 2-2.4 hours, placing resultant solution in centrifuge, centrifuging at 7800-8000 rpm for 6-10 minutes, adding 100-115 pts. wt. sodium deoxycholate, stirring resultant mixture at 100-120 rpm for 34-47 minutes, adding 0.1-0.13 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate solution, placing resultant solution in oil bath at 80-86 degrees C for 13-16 hours, placing resultant solution in vacuum-filtration apparatus containing nylon membrane having pore size of 0.2-0.25 mu m and filtering at 62-66 MPa. Also claimed is, preparation of rubber material, which involves adding styrene-butadiene rubber and natural rubber to mixer at 35-40 degrees C, stirring at 100-120 rpm for 15-20 minutes, grinding resultant mixture, heating resultant mixture to 82-85 degrees C, adding KH570 (RTM: silane coupling agent), modified graphene, titanium nitride, barite powder, antioxidant D-50, antioxidant BLE, paraffin oil, polyamide fiber, epoxy resin, dioctyl phthalate and naphthenic oil, stirring resultant mixture at 160-180 rpm for 31-34 minutes, extruding resultant mixture, cooling to room temperature, mixing cooled product with sulfur, accelerator TMTM and accelerator DM, vulcanizing at 130-135 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours and cooling for 24-27 hours.
