▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene polymer composite fiber film reinforced and toughened composite material comprises dissolving thermoplastic polymer and graphene at ratio of 1:1-50 in organic solvent to form spinning solution; electrostatic spinning at 8-30 kV to obtain graphene composite polymer fiber membrane; vacuum removing organic solvent at 50-100 degrees C; and spreading between overlying composite prepreg layer and vacuum hot pressing at 160-180 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene polymer composite fiber film reinforced and toughened composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved mechanical property, compression strength of more than 30%, and improved heat resistance. The method enhances interlayer action force of prepreg in composite material and improves uniformity of composite material inner structure.
