Mass ratio of nano tungsten trioxide and nano indium sulfide is 3:1-1:3. USE - Ternary Z-type visible light photocatalyst used for water splitting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of ternary Z-type visible light photocatalyst comprising mixing raw materials, adjusting pH to 1-7, reacting at 120-200 degrees C for 8-24 hours, cooling and neutralizing.
