NOVELTY - Preparation of thermally conductive sheet involves mixing raw material components of thermally conductive sheet to obtain a mixed material comprising binder and anisotropic filler, extruding the mixed material into sheet, placing multiple of sheets into a mold frame having an inner cavity open at one end, inserting the upper pressing structure with multiple inserts into the mixed material of the mold frame by pressing to form a mold for preparing thermally conductive sheets, so that the anisotropic thermally conductive filler in the material is perpendicular to the inserts, vulcanizing the mixed material and demolding to obtain a thermally conductive sheet in which the anisotropic thermally conductive fillers are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the insert. USE - Preparation of thermally conductive sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively solves the problem of surface treatment at the same time of cutting through the mold with inserts.
