▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has a pipe body (1) whose inner wall is connected with a graphene layer (2). A left end of the pipe body is connected with a first electrode (3). A right end of the pipe body is connected with a second electrode (4). A middle part of the pipe body is filled with an absorbing material (5), where two ends of the absorbing material are connected with an air gel layer (6). A phase-change material layer is filled with the absorbing material. The phase- change material layer is a vanadium dioxide. A sealing ring is fixedly connected with the first and second electrodes and the pipe body. USE - Graphene-electrical property based sound wave detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector is simple in structure, and has high detection sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability, and absorbs the sound wave by the absorbing material, converts the energy of the sound wave into heat energy, performs temperature change to change the dielectric constant of the graphene layer and realizes the acoustic wave detection by detecting conductive properties of the graphene.
