NOVELTY - Continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene terephthalate composite material comprises 65-70 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 25-30 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 20-25 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. viscose fiber, 12-15 pts. wt. phosphoserine; the functional layer includes 25-30 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene resin, 5-8 pts. wt. nano-cellulose crystal, 1-1.5 pts. wt. triallyl isocyanurate, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 1.5-2 pts. wt. binder. USE - Used as continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene terephthalate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material strengthens the comprehensive performance of the polyethylene terephthalate by the raw material proportion, by composite treatment, the matching effect between the fiber is better, and greatly improves the performance of the composite material.
