▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An interface material with convertible heat-conducting and heat-insulating performance comprises first adhesive layer (1), highly elastic three-dimensional graphene layer (2) and second adhesive layer (3). The bottom surface and top surface of highly elastic three-dimensional graphene layer are respectively connected with first adhesive layer and second adhesive layer. The highly elastic three-dimensional graphene layer has thermal conductivity of 20-100 W/mK in compressed state, and 0.1-1 W/mK in uncompressed state. USE - Interface material with convertible heat-conducting and heat-insulating performance. ADVANTAGE - The product controls heat conductivity of highly elastic three-dimensional graphene to change between high thermal conductivity and heat insulation performance through compression and recovery process of high elastic three-dimensional graphene, and realizes conversion of heat conductivity and thermal insulation performance.
