▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of heat dissipation film involves (i) forming graphene oxide particles in a plate-like shape, and (ii) vacuum filtering the plate-shaped graphene oxide particles and stacking in the transverse direction. USE - Manufacture of heat dissipation film using graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of heat dissipation film having excellent thermal conductivity, stability and productivity, reduced cost, maximize the bonding force between the graphene oxide, and simultaneously performing exfoliation and functionalization of bulk graphene oxide particles without using harmful chemicals.
