NOVELTY - Graphene electrothermal element comprises positive conductive grid and negative conductive grid connected by a graphene electrothermal coating. USE - Used as the graphene electrothermal element. ADVANTAGE - The method: performs graphene electrothermal coating, which forms a conductive network with constant resistivity. The element: has large heating power under constant voltage conditions; consumes less power; has long service life, and has large heating area; is environmentally friendly; is more conducive to smokers to abandon traditional smoking habits; and reduces public health hazards caused by smoking. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing graphene electrothermal element comprising (a) printing conductive grid material on the outer wall of the supporting substrate according to the desired pattern, and then sintering to form the positive conductive grid and negative conductive grid, (b) coating the graphene conductive paste on the outer wall of the supporting substrate according to the desired pattern, covering the anode conductive grid and cathode conductive grid, and then drying to form a graphene electrothermal coating for connecting the positive conductive grid and negative conductive grid, and (c) coating the protective film layer material on the graphene electrothermal coating, and then sintering to form a protective film layer.
