NOVELTY - A high-temperature-resistant and anti-corrosion aqueous phosphate ceramic coating has a core-shell structure filler, where core-shell structure filler is microsphere particles with aluminum-doped chromium(III) oxide structure, the aluminum-doped chromium(III) oxide structure is a core-shell structure of chromium(III) oxide-coated aluminum powder, chromium(III) oxide is a shell layer and aluminum is core layer, which is formed by coating chromium trioxide on surface of aluminum powder and growing in-situ by hydrothermal reaction. USE - High-temperature-resistant and anti-corrosion aqueous phosphate ceramic coating. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic coating has excellent corrosion resistance and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the high-temperature-resistant and anti-corrosion aqueous phosphate ceramic coating, which involves: (a) preparing core-shell structure filler; and (b) preparing aqueous phosphate ceramic coating by dispersing reduced graphene oxide in aqueous solution, and ultrasonically dispersing after adding additives, adding dihydrogen phosphate and the core-shell structure filler and stirring, adding curing agent and stirring at room temperature until uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture.
