NOVELTY - Preparing high concentration graphene aqueous dispersion comprises (1) disposing an aqueous solution of a dispersing agent and an inorganic salt, adding layered graphite to the aqueous solution to obtain a layered graphite suspension, and shearing and dispersing the suspension, (2) shear dispersing and treating the layered graphite suspension by high pressure homogenization treatment, ultrasonic treatment, high pressure micro jet impingement and/or grinding treatment and mechanically peeling off the layered graphite to obtain high concentration graphene aqueous dispersion liquid. USE - The method is useful for preparing high concentration graphene aqueous dispersion. ADVANTAGE - The graphene aqueous dispersion: has high concentration, low degree of oxidation and good dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene aqueous dispersion comprising spray drying or freeze-drying to obtain self-dispersing graphene powder; and (2) use of a composition of a dispersant and an inorganic salt for preparing a high concentration graphene-dispersed aqueous liquid and self-dispersing graphene powder, where the weight ratio of the dispersant to the inorganic salt in the composition is 1:1-100 :1.
