▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional molybdenum sulfide/nitrogen doped (MoS2/N) graphene composite material comprises putting ultra-light clay or paper clay into a tubular furnace; under inert atmosphere at 500-800 degrees C, high temperature carbonizing for 1-5 hours, further heating and graphitizing at 1000-2500 degrees C in inert atmosphere for 4 hours, introducing ammonia into the tubular furnace to obtain three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene material, soaking in precursor solution of molybdenum and sulfur, where the mass ratio of three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene and precursor of molybdenum and sulfur is 0.001-1000, and after solvothermal reaction at 100-200 degrees C, repeatedly washing. USE - The method is for preparation of three-dimensional MoS2/N graphene composite material used as an electrocatalyst in decomposing water to prepare hydrogen as carbon-based catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Compared with the large area graphene-layered catalyst, the three-dimensional high-strength nitrogen-doped graphene has high mechanical strength, can provide more active sites for absorption of substance, and exhibits excellent electrochemical performance, especially in electrochemical hydrogen production. The method has simple operation and low preparation cost and is suitable for large-scale production.
