NOVELTY - The preparation of two valent metal (metal (II)) functionalized graphene oxide catalyst involves (1) dissolving graphene oxide in absolute ethanol, ultrasonically reacting for 1-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide solution, transferring graphene oxide solution to reaction kettle, adding aminosilane to reaction kettle and ultrasonically reacting for 0.5-2 hours, collecting solid by centrifugation and vacuum drying the solid to obtain aminosilane-modified graphene oxide, (2) placing the aminosilane-modified graphene oxide and metal (II) salt in container, adding water to prepare mixed solution, stirring at room temperature, collecting solid by centrifugation and vacuum drying the solid. USE - Preparation of metal (II) functionalized graphene oxide catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of metal (II) functionalized graphene oxide catalyst ensuring high selectivity and rapid and efficient catalysis of substrate by simple, controllable, economical and highly efficient process using easy to obtain raw materials.
