NOVELTY - Kit for enrichment and separation of circulating tumor cells in lung cancer, comprises (i) placing the magnetic nanoparticles into the magnetic stirrer, adding ethanol solvent 2-3 times the total weight of the magnetic nanoparticles, and adding 20-30% folic acid of the total weight of the magnetic nanoparticles, at a rate of 500 revolutions/minute, stirring at the speed for 20-30 minutes, subsequently, adding the modified graphene of 10% of the total weight of the magnetic nanoparticles, and stirring to obtain folic acid-modified magnetic nanoparticles, (ii) adding folic acid-modified magnetic nanoparticles into the circulating tumor cells of lung cancer for separation treatment, and the separation is complete. USE - The kit is useful for enrichment and separation of circulating tumor cells in lung cancer. ADVANTAGE - The kit ensures that the separated lung cancer cell activity can reach 92.7%, the enrichment and separation efficiency of the lung cancer cell can reach 61.3%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Kit for enrichment and separation of circulating tumor cells in lung cancer, comprises (i) placing the magnetic nanoparticles into the magnetic stirrer, adding ethanol solvent 2-3 times the total weight of the magnetic nanoparticles, and adding 20-30% folic acid of the total weight of the magnetic nanoparticles, at a rate of 500 revolutions/minute, stirring at the speed for 20-30 minutes, subsequently, adding the modified graphene of 10% of the total weight of the magnetic nanoparticles, and stirring to obtain folic acid-modified magnetic nanoparticles, (ii) adding folic acid-modified magnetic nanoparticles into the circulating tumor cells of lung cancer for separation treatment, and the separation is complete. The specific steps of the separation are: (a) mixing and stirring the lung cancer circulating tumor cells and the folic acid-modified magnetic nanoparticles, and where the stirring speed is 100-200 revolutions/minute, and the stirring time is 20-30 minutes to obtain the body to be separated, (b) adding phosphoric acid to deionized water, and adjusting the pH of the solution to 4-5 to obtain a buffer, and (c) placing the sorting column on the magnetic frame, rinsing the sorting column with buffer, feeding the to-be-separated body to the sorting column, and screening and separating using the principle of gravity.
