NOVELTY - Preparing graphene micro chip involves utilizing graphite brittle layer and peeling off the film by applying high-speed air stream produced by shearing force to obtain uniformly distributed 100-200 layers of graphene microchip. The dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide and polyethylene glycol in mass ratio of 2-3:3-5:1 are utilized as intercalation agent. The graphite powder is soaked in intercalation agent for greater than or equal to 48 hours. The excess intercalation agent is drained by centrifugation and then dried to obtain pre-intercalated graphite. USE - Method for preparing graphene micro chip used as reinforced resin and reinforced plastic, and used in anti-corrosion coating and sewage treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene micro chip in cost-effective manner that has high yield and wide range of applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene micro chip involves utilizing graphite brittle layer and peeling off the film by applying high-speed air stream produced by shearing force to obtain uniformly distributed 100-200 layers of graphene microchip. The dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide and polyethylene glycol in mass ratio of 2-3:3-5:1 are utilized as intercalation agent. The graphite powder is soaked in intercalation agent for greater than or equal to 48 hours. The excess intercalation agent is drained by centrifugation and then dried to obtain pre-intercalated graphite. The sodium chloride and magnesium chloride are mixed in high speed mixing machine in mass ratio of 1:1 at 280-300 degrees C. The mixture is melted under nitrogen atmosphere. The pre-intercalated graphite is added to the molten sodium chloride and magnesium chloride melt at stirred at a speed of 300-800 revolutions per minute for 20-35 minutes. The material is cooled to room temperature under nitrogen atmosphere and then sifted through 50 meshes screen. The mass ratio of pre-intercalated graphite and melt is 1:5-10. The obtained pulverized material is dried in fluidized bed dryer at 1.5-2.2MPa and injected into the grinding chamber. The surfactant is added to grinding chamber and mixed material is cut. The graphite layer is peeled off continuously by adjusting the grading wheel speed of cyclone separator. The sheet having high specific surface area and gas are added to secondary cyclone powder unqualified large particles. The powder is added to secondary cyclone. The gas is separated and collected. The high surface area powder is collected and washed. The sodium chloride and magnesium chloride are removed to obtain obtained 100-200 graphene layers microchip.
