▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of self-healing polyimide composite material with photothermal properties involves (S1) ultrasonically-dispersing photothermal material in dispersant, adding dialdehyde after ultrasonic dispersion, stirring, heating to obtain a material (A), (S2) dispersing the diamine and polyamine in the dispersant to obtain a material (B), adding the material (A) to obtain a material (C), and (S3) processing material (C). The diamine is a compound with two primary amine groups. USE - Preparation of self-healing polyimide composite material for additive manufacturing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces self-healing polyimide composite material with excellent mechanical strength and photothermal properties, improved mechanical properties, and high utilization rate of the material.
