NOVELTY - Separation of graphene comprises taking the to-be-separated graphene crude product in raw material tank, setting a high pressure carbon dioxide (CO2) pump, connecting the raw material tank and high pressure separating column bottom in sequence, and installing high pressure separating column with a corresponding mesh number of screen according to the separating requirement; and starting the high pressure CO2 pump, and controlling the high pressure separating column at the set temperature and pressure, so that the CO2 stream carries the to-be-separated graphene crude product from the bottom into the high pressure separating column and separating. USE - The method is for separation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method separates the graphene with different thicknesses and different sheet sizes according to the buoyancy and gravity difference of the graphene sheet in the fluid. The device has simple operation and large processing amount, and can be industrially amplified. The method does not introduce other components in the separation process, does not change the surface properties of graphene, and can furthest keep excellent characteristics of high quality graphene.
