NOVELTY - The ultrasonic device comprises shell (4) and collecting device (10) where shell is provided with cavity. The top of shell is set on one side of feeding port (6) which is mounted with electromagnetic valve. The upper portion center of material cavity is provided with motor (7) through hole. The material cavity is provided with rotary shaft (5) which extends to cavity bottom. The rotating shaft passes through hole that is connected with motor and installed with stirring knife. The bottom of material cavity is provided with ultrasonic wave generating device in shell at one side. USE - Ultrasonic device for producing graphene.
