▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The converter has a graphene super-surface layer (1-1) that is positioned on upper surface of dielectric substrate layer (1-2). The graphene floor layer (1-3) is formed by stacking graphene sheets with the same performance parameters. A bias voltage is applied between graphene super-surface layer and dielectric base layer and/or between graphene floor layer and dielectric base layer for adjusting Fermi level of graphene floor layer and for realizing the dynamic tunability of the broadband and frequency of the broadband circular polarization converter portion. USE - Gaphene-based frequency tunable broadband circular polarization converter. ADVANTAGE - The tuning of the bandwidth due to interference conditions is prevented. The good circular polarization performance is achieved.
