▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has an electrolytic cell (2) installed in a machine frame (1). A titanium plate (3) is vertically fixed in the electrolytic tank, where an electrolytic area (5) is formed between adjacent two titanium plates. A supporting device (4) is fixed above the electrolytic tank through the frame for supporting a graphite paper roll (6). A lifting discharging device is provided with a controller, a lifting mechanism and a graphite paper electric clamping device (9), where the controller is respectively connected with the lifting mechanism and the graphite paper electric clamping device. The graphite paper electric clamping device is fixed between the electrolytic tank and the supporting device through the lifting mechanism. The controller and the lifting mechanism control the graphite paper electric clamping device to reciprocate up and down, where a graphite paper on the graphite paper roll is sent to the electrolytic area. USE - Graphene electrolysis reaction device. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes the titanium plate and an electric clamp to replace graphite plate and pneumatic clamp respectively, thus prolonging service life of a negative electrode, and accurately realizes discharging control of the graphite paper, and avoids problem of wrinkling and problem of breaking, ensures that volume of the electrolytic cell is not changed, increases an amount of single electrolytic graphite papers so as to realize electrolytic reaction of more graphite sheets under a premise of a simpler structure and a smaller space occupied area. The device is more beneficial for large-scale preparation of graphene, and controls rotating speed of a bearing beam, avoids graphite from being rolled on a bearing beam caused by too fast rotating speed caused by excessive graphite sheet into electrolytic cells.
